KIC Keeps to its Roots of Customer Service as Part of the Solution, Wins 6th Service Excellence Award

San Diego — November 2022 —— KIC is pleased to announce that it has been honored with a 2022 CIRCUITS ASSEMBLY Service Excellence Award (SEA). The award was announced November 2 at a ceremony held at the SMTA International 2022 Exhibition.

KIC was selected for the Service Excellence Award as a result of its outstanding customer ratings, as judged by its own customers. This is KIC’s sixth Service Excellence Award.

Mike Buetow, President, PCEA, presented the award to Robert Baxter, Customer Success Manager at KIC. Baxter stated, ”This Service Excellence Award, for KIC, is always the most important. It shows that our commitment to customer service, ensuring our customers get full value from our solutions, is recognized and appreciated. This award is based directly from customer input and that is of high value to us.”

The program, now in its 30th year, functions as a way for participants to see how they compare to peers in customer satisfaction. It is awarded based on responses from the actual customers.
