KIC Expands Footprint in Mexico to Deliver Faster, Localized Support

San Diego — September 2025 — KIC, the leader in smart thermal process technologies for electronics manufacturing, has expanded its service capabilities in Mexico to better support its growing customer base.

KIC has been working with manufacturers in Mexico for decades and has maintained a local presence since 2012. Five years ago, the company opened its main office for sales and support in Guadalajara, supported by two field service engineers handling technical support, installations, and training.

In response to increasing demand, KIC is adding a third field service engineer and establishing two new calibration and repair centers in Juarez and Cuautla (Mexico City region). These facilities join the existing Guadalajara location, giving customers more convenient and cost-effective access to local service.

The expansion means manufacturers throughout Mexico can expect shorter turnaround times, reduced downtime, and improved support to keep their KIC systems running at peak performance.
