Thermocouple attachment has a significant influence on the accuracy and repeatability of thermal profile readings.
The e-Clipse™ TC attachment fixture is specifically designed for the metallization process and offers:

• Repeatable profile data
• Convenient TC attachment
• Use your own solar wafers
• Broken wafers are quickly replaced simply by sliding and locking a new wafer in place
• No cost for dummy wafers with pre-attached TCs
