KIC‘s Superior Customer Service Earns the 2008 Service Excellence Award

(San Diego, CA -- April 16, 2008) : KIC, the leader of thermal process development and control products, and winner of multiple industry awards, announces it has been awarded a Circuits Assembly 2008 Service Excellence Award in the category of Electronics Assembly Equipment Providers — Reflow and Wave Soldering for its outstanding customer ratings, as judged by KIC‘s own customers.

Circuits Assembly Editor-in-Chief Mike Buetow presented the award to KIC during a Monday, March 31, 2008 reception that took place at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center in Las Vegas before the start of APEX.
